: It feels like i was staying in an old prison. There are three doors, each requiring a different key, and the receptionist greeted me with a distinctly unwelcoming and interrogative attitude.The room is extremely smaller.

: The hotel is in a great location. 15min walk from the train station and a tram stop directly across the road as well as a cheap convenience shop. The room we had (4 people in one room) was a reasonable size. The room, linen and towels were very clean. The shower was fabulous. Great water pressure and very hot. The hotel is quiet and the staff were efficient but quite serious.
: The pillows seriously need replacing. Only a couple of power points worked. We had turns about at using them for phones, hair straighteners etc. There was only 2 (plastic) glasses even though it was a 4 person room. It could also benefit from a small fridge.

: Good location, a ten-minute walk from the main railway station, or two stops on the tram. There are a couple of good restaurants next door, and a supermarket right across the road, whch stays open until 22.00 Monday to Saturday. The rooms are small and basic but excellent value for a short trip to Berlin. I have stayed there a few times and would definitely go back.
: Some rooms don't have en-suite bathroom/toilet. I would not take one of these rooms.
