  : Nice clean bedding and towels . Iron and ironing board available and hairdryers . Good location above a pub and next to nice Italian restaurant. Near Sainsburys and other local amenities .
  : Few minor repair issues - several light bulbs out, no plugs in either of the sinks. Toilet cistern not working right. Shortage of some basic items eg teaspoons in the kitchen. Settee bit grubby and living room a bit small.

  : The apartment was on an amazing location central to most attractions.
  : We were late checking in as the cleaner was still in even though we shared our arrival time so they knew when see were arriving. On arrival the place was still dirty and had an unpleasant smell, we had to go but cleaning products and air freshner to clean up ourselves.

  : Food still in freezer, no iron board, stain on lounge couch and curtains, one spotlight working in lounge, and several out, no lamps in bedrooms, no oven trays or oven shelfs to cook, damp in bathroom above shower, and very bad sewage smell in bathroom, apart from all that didnt let it bother us, had a great time.

  : Lovely apartment set up, amazing location.
  : Not professionally cleaned at all! As stated.We had to clean everything before use.Curry splatters on bowls, in the microwave, on the ceiling, handles and all down the washing machine. Damp in the bathroom above the shower and the fan is filthy. Only 1x toilet paper had to go buy our own. People who had stayed there before half empty toiletries left all over the side and in the cupboards. (Cupboards dirty) Human feces still on toilet brush had to bleach ourselves. Nothing looked like it had been wiped down.Light bulbs out all over the apartment. Dark Scuff marks all over the walls just needs a lick of paint.No plugs in both sinks, dont know how your meant to wash dishes properly.No over racks or trays in the oven for cooking.No dishwasher need to update the information on booking.comFire alarm was on top of wardrobe no batteries.Managed get 2x showers and the hot water went had to wait to re heat.Underfloor heating does not work properly freezing in the living room and kitchen. I have made the customer service team aware, i got sorry we will let the cleaning team know.I very rarely complain but this was not good at all for price paid.

  : The apartment was easy to find and very clear instructions to find key & get in. A real WOW factor when saw apartment. Lovely & clean. Very comfortable beds. Quiet apartment despite being so close to everything. Cosy & warm. Great location for exploring the city, accessing the airport, station, buses, tram and local restaurants. Supermarket across the road. We were quite delighted.
  : Unfortunately there were just a few things that could so easily be remedied that didn't follow through from the initial WOW factor. I hope the following helps improve things for the future as the property was otherwise excellent and we would stay again. The TV remote and wifi were not working. There was a strip off the bottom of the table in the lounge plus a broken light switch. There was only one teaspoon & 2 dessertspoons in the kitchen. Light not working on the cooker. No lid on kitchen bin. Frying pan handle needed tightening. Kitchen roll would have been helpful. No plug in the kitchen or bathroom sink. Great care needed on the bathroom floor once the shower had been used as very slippery. The door of the front room bedroom would not shut and the handle was broken.
