  : This is a lovely bed and breakfast just south of Edinburgh and was beyond perfect for our overnight stay. Its a large bungalow with the rooms converted into very large bedrooms with en-suites. Its a working farm which was particularly impressive for my toddler granddaughter. We got to meet all the animals which was fabulous. The rooms were huge, clean and cosy. The breakfast was very good and plentiful . Parking was about 3 metres from the door! The views were stunning. We would stay here again.
  : Nothing to dislike. Perhaps worth a mention that theres no actual reception or bar but that didnt matter to us. There was no one to great us on arrival but a quick phone call and we were directed to our room, all of a fabulous two metres from where we were stood! You have to order your breakfast the night before so this was a tiny negative for us but completely understandable in a family run business and the proprietor was lovely :) We did find a razor in the shower from the person before us. Dont let any of this put you off, its a home from home bed and breakfast and ticked all our boxes.

  : We had a fantastic stay at Peggyslea. It was the perfect spot for us and our two young children. It was very easy to find, a great spot for getting into Edinburgh and walking in Pentlands.Our family room was a great size, very clean and had very comfortable beds. Everyone was so welcoming and kind.The breakfast was excellent- we really enjoyed our cooked breakfasts and the pancakes. We all had fun walking down to see the animals and regularly seeing the beautiful horses.We would recommend Peggyslea to anyone and will definitely be visiting again in the future.
