Public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not possible) and costs GBP 2.50 per hour.

Reasonable evidence must be provided on arrival. If it isn't provided, your booking will be cancelled on arrival.

A damage deposit of GBP 250 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note the lead guest must be over 25 years.

Names and ages of all guests must be provided to the property, as well as a proof of address and an ID for the lead guest. This is required within 2 days after booking.

Check-ins are arranged directly with the owner’s property manager. Check-in outside standard check-in time frame is subject to availability and will incur an additional charge.

The guests must agree to The Edinburgh Address terms and conditions.
