: Excellent property, very big comfortable place. Felt right at home. Very clean, all amenities were provided, just like the pictures on the listing.
: It was sad that the heater conked off while we were there. The hosts tried everything but due to the holidays were not able to rectify the system. Offered us an extra day stay for free.

: I've stayed in Edinburgh many times, mostly in Leith, but this is the quietest property I've stayed at. It was over the weekend and yet it was still quiet!! And I'm a light sleeper. My bed (the far room) was very comfortable, and the shower was great. My sister said the shower she used for the downstairs bedroom was also very good. It was good having a mini balcony, we got a nice breeze going through the apartment as it was surprisingly hot while we were there. The location is perfect, close to the tram and busses, lots of cafes and pubs about, and mini markets close by. Nothing to do with the property, but we also saw the Northern Lights which was amazing.
: The curtain for my room was very flimsy. I see others have said the same so I'm not sure why this hasn't been addressed, it would be very easy to sew some blackout material onto the back of it. As that room looks out onto a carpark with bright lights, it's like daylight in the room all night. The other bedroom was darker but had a very hard bed so neither of us wanted to sleep in there. The bed settee was uncomfortable to sit on. I was also expecting a welcome pack, as that was stated in the property description, but there wasn't anything. It's quite expensive so it's disappointing that wasn't actually included, and should really be removed from the description.
