: Location was close to work.
: No communication whatsoever. I was spoken to poorly whilst requesting my access code. Security deposit 200. Nowhere else I have stayed in Edinburgh have asked for a penny. I was given broken keys and had my door dead locked whilst I was in work. This is unacceptable

: The only thing I liked was Amanda who was very help when the call centre of the company that rent the place out didnt try to help at all and just wanted to take as much of your damage deposit as possible
: The apartment was cold, the heating didnt work properly even when turned on and the living room heating didnt work at all. Also under the bedroom with the double bed there was rubbish from previous guests including dirty baby wipes which made me think how well the place had been cleaned. Also on leaving the properly I forgot one of the set of keys in my pocket I was told to send them back which I did and paid a premium price to have sent and then on top of that they charged me 40 to have 3 keys cut and took it off my damage deposit after having the keys sent to me. Even after them telling me to send the keys back which I did they have said they will not refund my money for delivering the keys back which show my they are out to take as much of ur damage deposit as possible. The property is also on a loud main road so hard to sleep at night. I have travelled all around the world and stayed in over 100 Airbnb and this is by far the worst I have stayed in and would advise e anyone to think twice before spending there hard earned money on this place.
