WiFi is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not needed) and costs GBP 18 per day.

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 1 year old stay for free when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 15 years old stay for £15 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

A damage deposit of GBP 250 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.

The Spires Serviced Apartments UK Ltd. does not accept cheque payments for accommodation charges.

The card holder must be present and will be asked for official photographic identification, e.g. valid passport, driving license or national I.D. card upon arrival.

Please note that reception is opened between 08:30 and 19:00 from Monday to Friday and between 10:30 and 19:00 on Saturdays. Reception is not open on Sundays.

Arrivals outside of reception hours or on Sunday must be requested by the property in advance. The self-check-in instructions will be sent via email.

Please note, guests who book and are under the age of 21 must have written consent from the management at the property prior to their arrival. Bookings will not be guaranteed without this.

The Spires reserves the right to refuse reservations for anyone under the age of 21.
