  : Hello to whom it may concern, We have booked 2 rooms in Hampton Inn a few months ago, received confirmation a week prior to our trip. When we got to the hotel, the front desk informed us our rooms got canceled due to fraud alert, we searched our email, the hotel emailed us at 12:45 WHILE WE WERE ON OUR WAY TO THE HOTEL, without call or text. The hotel is fully booked at this time, leaving us choice but to look for another hotel to stay. We travel a lot, but we have NEVER experienced something like this, the inconveniences this has caused us are unmeasurable, the time we lost and spent on looking for another hotel have messed up our evening schedule completely. The front desk guy was there by himself, his name tag was floppy, “in TRANING”, when we asked him if there’s a manager we could speak to, he responded there’s nobody there but him. We had to leave in a hurry so we could get a hotel, but I would really like to speak to someone regarding to this issue, that is NOT HOW YOU TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS. Hampton Inn.
