  : There was NOTHING pleasant or likable at this property
  : Definitely not worth it! We were without wafer and power for over 24hours and unfortunately this was the ONLY hotel within 30 miles of us that had any rooms available. When we arrived, I was told by the girl at the front desk (I believe she was the manager) that,even though we had a CONFIRMED reservation. she was unable to give us a room because she apparently was the only person working and she didn’t have any clean rooms available. She made it clear she wasn’t willing to clean any rooms either. Pretty rude considering you’re the manager!! Anyways, after sitting in the parking lot with my 4 month old baby and my husband, he went back into the office and asked if we could clean the room we had reserved because we were in desperate need of a room considering our home had no power and no water. This is when she told him that she did have ONE king sized bed available. We took it and tried to make the best of it. She said she didn’t have any extra pillows or blankets... what a waste of money this room was. It was nasty! Filthy, dirty, most disgusting hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The baseboards in the bathroom are coming off the wall and it looked as is there was black mold underneath, there are stains on the walls, holes in the walls, the heater did NOT work so we were freezing the entire time. There are absolutely NO toiletries available in your room... NOTHING! Stains on the carpets, found idk how many curly pieces of thick, black hair on the bed and in the bathroom... there were people stomping around ALL night above us and people clearly having some type of party in the room next to us. We could hear their conversations and their TV all night as well. Loud music playing and the room also reeked of stale smoke. DO NOT stay here. I would’ve rather have been stuck in our home, with no electricity and no running water than to waste my money at this place. Gross!!

  : Unfortunately it looked nothing liked the picture. The knob on the sink was missing, toilet handle if not handle gently was gonna fall off. The shower literally was coming from the wall whomever fixed it threw it together.

  : They racial profiles you because you speak to other residents that live there very rude is unpleasant did not give me my reservations because they said I knew someone that live there in-store going on and telling me her business they break so many HIPAA laws it's the best that you go somewhere else where you won't have to be racial profiling bad business

  : Shower faucet is loose, not secured to shower wall. Able to use, being careful not to shake it. Will let management know.
