  : Very spacious room that is absolutely perfect for a short or longer stay. Will definately use this hotel again.
  : Couple of snags in the bathroom but nothing major that made the stay unpleasant, the hall kind of smells like urine but didn't spread to the rooms so no biggie.

  : The property is conveniently located within walking distance of Hammersmith station and Eventim Apollo venue. The studio was very spacious and had both a nice bathroom and a well-equipped kitchen, with fridge, microwave, tea/coffee/cream, and all kinds of kitchenware and utensils to cook up something. I simply wanted a room to sleep in after going to a show at Eventim, but got a lot more out of it for convenience of my stay. Now that I know this place I will likely come back here for a longer trip to London, too.
  : When I was checking out the receptionist was not at the desk when I was ready to check out, and the note that is plastered on the closed door says that the person will be back in 10-15 minutes or something like that, with a number to call in case something is urgent. I decided that me checking out is not urgent and waited for about 30 minutes (until it actually got kind of urgent) before trying the number and finding out that the guy was actually in the building all this time, just staying somewhere near the reception desk and not at that exact spot. Now, not calling after 10-15 minutes and waiting that extra time is definitely on me, and from the looks of that reception desk space I can imagine it is not fun to sit there all day and you would rather step out, but I think it would be nice if the note on the door said exactly that instead of suggesting to wait and call a number if urgent (especially since calling a UK number may not be a good idea for a tourist on a roaming plan). Things could have been way more convenient if I just knew I could call a number, have the call declined, and check out 30 seconds later. Better yet, it would have been nice if I could just drop a key into a mailbox or something to check out.

  : Location was good for getting from the tube station and to where we wanted to be in the evening Bed OK
  : Loose tap on the sink - had to hold it down to get water No wall bracket for the shower so you couldnt shower properly No plugs in the sink or bath The towel shelf on the wall was dangerously loose Wardrobe was very narrow and leaning away from the wall The fridge was next to the bed and was noisy at night!
