  : Location was perfect. Bedding was clean. Towels were clean. Toilet was clean.
  : Wasnt the room I booked for starters. Got give a different room to what I booked. The lock on the doors, didnt feel safe/ secure. Had a unit in the room, that was meant to be a dressing table. Had no mirror nor did it have any draws. Dust in a lot of places. Mould in parts of the bathroom. Floor part was broken. Not enough mugs for how many booked. No spoons for hot drinks. Stairs to get into the property, need another railing as very steep.

  : The staff were very nice and the location is amazing
  : The bathroom wasn't cleaned at all. We had to do it ourselves. There was mould and someone else's hair in the shower, on the floor and on the towels provided. We didn't expect much given the price and we understood when there was some damage to the room but the toilet water was brown which is just unacceptable.I stayed here 5 years ago and it was a very clean place. I don't know what happened since.

  : We booked to stay for 3 nights in this hotel. To start, when we arrived, we found the reception area full of flies, which made us immediately wary. Once we got into our room we found there was no aircon, nor a fan in the European heat. The state of the room was unacceptable. There was blood and dirt on the walls, mould and dirt smeared into the carpets, thin, ripped pillows, rubbish and cigarettes outside the windowsill, mould and cracks in the ceiling and walls. At this price point, you do not expect luxury, but what you do expect is a basic level of cleanliness. As the money had been paid, we decided to stick it out but it soon became clear we could not do so when we discovered that the shower drain was completely blocked. We went to reception and requested a new room. The person at reception told us this wasnt possible. We advised we wouldnt be staying as it was not possible for us to even shower there. We requested a refund as we were there for a total of 3 hours & didnt even stay the first night. We were told only booking.com could give us a refund. We then asked to speak to a manager with regard to this and were told the manager only works on the weekdays, Ill get them to call you. Come Monday, we received no call from their manager and have continued to have zero communication or responses even after emailing the property 20 times. In a subsequent phone call, the person on the phone once again offered no resolution or apology and just said the manager would contact us. Three months, several emails and a handful of phone calls later, we have still not been contacted.Booking.com also handled this situation terribly. Customer service told us they would give us a 25 pound refund (for a 200 pound booking) and ceased all communication when we said this offering was insufficient as we never stayed at the property.Very, very poor and disgusting accomodation and I would highly recommend that NO ONE stay here.
