  : The host was lovely and extremely helpful.
  : It was not clean. The TV didn't work. The tea / coffee bowl had a few bits in it but nothing that looked like it could be used. I had to ask to move because the first room was inhabitable, in my opinion. Second room was marginally better. I'm not sure the great location can excuse the overall presentation of this hotel.

  : Dirty bed linen, blood stains on pillowcase Broken bed mattress, hole in mattress meaning very uncomfortable People checking in before me were given free WiFi access this was not offered to me Broken shower - had to wash at hand basin

  : Simple. It was worst place that I have ever been. Nothing..If I could I did not lost all my money I did changed after the first night.
  : Starting by the staff. unfriendly and seemed to not understand what we were saying.The breakfast is a scam. Neither British nor continental. No healthy option and someone who is intolerant of lactose has no option. They only have cheese, butter and sweets, with lactose.Breakfast room. So Small that 10 people inside nobody cant moves in there.The room. The double bed. Two puffs with a poor quality mattress on top. the Puffs were unbalanced which prevented me from sleeping.the heating was always on, and was balanced with the window open. In short, we slept with the window open because otherwise we would suffocate.Bathroom. A tiny thing that the water in the shower was so weak that it was not possible to take a shower at all.Funny, there was tea, sugar, a spoon but there wasn't even a paper cup to make the tea.Note: Guilford and Greenville hotel are the same. Those properties are managed by the same management.

  : The Property was basic, but functional. Very much no frills. Reasonably comfortable night, location was good.
  : Really poor breakfast, very few options, just cereal and toast with tea, coffee and orange juice. Decor was very old fashioned, clearly not updated for several decades
