  : Staff were polite. It was nice to have a memory foam pillow and a fridge to keep some milk or water cool in.
  : Hotel was a bit out the way and the tubes weren't running so had to walk half hour everyday. TV only had a couple of channels working. The shower was too small and flooded the bathroom when used. The cooked breakfast was non-existent unless you were down at 7.30am as they didn't replenish it. The corridors were constantly full with cleaners and doors slamming a lot of the night. The room smelt horrendously of cheesy feet when we first arrived so had to keep the windows open to try and get the smell to dissipate. Only given less than half a toilet roll. Towels were small and scratchy and hard. No bath mat given after room cleaned the first night. The worst part, though, was the lighting. Someone had obviously tried to be fancy in the design sometime ago, but this has resulted in numerous buttons for all sorts of things... one for the spotlights, one for the bathroom, one for the ceiling lights etc etc and half of the ones round the room didn't work or bulbs missing but if you want to go to the bathroom in the night you end up blasting all the lights in some kind of light show to try to find the button to push for the bathroom in the dark which is less than ideal. A simple light switch would have sufficied! There were also switches for curtains, which didn't work. Overall, I would say the rooms need an overhaul. The bed is quite hard, too.
