: We stayed on the 6th floor, the balcony suite for 6 nights for Thanksgiving holidays in November. This place is not cheap, spending 7228.00 GBP you would expect to get a decent place. They take people's hard earned money and in return give them crap. There was construction the entire week, drilling, noise, dust, the floors and walls were all covered, a complete mess, construction crew everywhere, no regards for guests staying in that floor. In end of November is extremely cold, it was zero degrees, the hallways were absolutely freezing, the heater was shut off. The TV was not working every night we had to call the reception for them to send someone. The housekeeping didn't put clean glasses, refill coffee. They charged me for parking a car for four days which I didn't have a car, we flew in from California. Marriot employee asked if she could come inside the room and check the minibar then she took few item with her and left and I was charged for it!! The same day I reported it to reception that an employee came to the room and took things from minibar and this is inappropriate. I was told they'll look into it but never did, I was charged for it. Overall this place was an embarrassment for the price they charge. We have stayed in Marriot every time we've gone to London this time it was a nightmare, a dump awful, so so disappointing. They should've never make these suites available if they knew there's going to be construction. I called Marriot regarding the false car parking charges and she said she'll email them and they'll contact me within five days. So now I need to deal with Marriot in London regarding these false charges not the corporate which is another hassle for me. I feel like I was rubbed, Marriot should be ashamed of their services and the way they rub and treat people. Shame shame shame.
