Smart Property implementing the newest technology where guests do online check-in from the comfort of their homes. Our building door is accessible on 1st entry via a keypad (code is given via an email on arrival date) and later via a physical key retrieved by guests from a locked box inside the building that will allow access to the flat / room as well as the building door. Before making a booking it is essential that guests on arrival date have access to the email address that will be used to make the booking. With stylish décor wooden flooring throughout air-conditioning/heating a fridge tea/coffee making facilities free toiletries and free Wi-Fi access these flats are a 5-minute walk to Paddington Main train station and Paddington Underground.
It is 10 minutes walk to Edgware road and a few stops on the bus to Oxford Street (shopping area) giving you extensive links to many prime London locations and attractions. Laundry facilities are available. Each kitchen features a cooker a fridge a microwave and kitchenware for guests to use. All units also have an private bathroom with a walk-in shower and free toiletries.
Hairdryers and ironing equipment are both provided.
