  : The location was excellent I paid for a river view room, it was well worth it.Room was well equipped and was very modern.Concierge staff 10/10
  : Reception staff were not the most welcomingWe had a dirty towel in bathroom...folded and ready to useAnd our bed sheet was badly stained. This really spoilt the whole stay for us...I did tell reception and they did change it but I really wasn’t expecting that to happen in hotel of this standard!! I have pictures of the sheet and towel.

  : I payed for a balcony room and when i checked in i was not given a balcony room, had to prove that i did book the balcony room, Then i was “upgraded” to a room with a balcony but to then find out that the heating had broken in the room and the room was freezing, the hotel got a electric heater to cover for the broken one, as the room was fairly large the electric heater wasn’t efficient enough, shouldn’t expect these problems at a top class hotel like this

  : Comfortable rooms with bath and shower. Fantastic view along the Thames. Good breakfast buffet in the Executive Lounge. Chino Latino restaurant on the first floor is excellent.
  : Needs a little more attention to detail e.g. room service items left in corridor for several hours, also cleaning equipment.

  : Housekeeping was poor. Coffee cups and counters dirty when arrival. Coffee And expressing coffee not replaced or cups picked up day two. Dead moth on bathroom floor . Room did not feel clean.

  : The property is a cool building in central London, with a chic, casual vibe. Despite the hive of activity that greets you at the entrance, it is spacious and relaxed, and the Christmas decorations were original. I also loved the view from the room. Fabulous image of London across the Thames, especially at night time.
  : What started off as a promising stay ended up being hampered by two major factors. The seating arrangement in the room was very poor - two chairs with uncomfortable design and no proper back support, left me with considerable back ache after 2 days. Since it was over the Christmas period, it seemed like the staff were overwhelmed , with no seating in the restaurant and most things on the menu no longer on offer. I ended up ordering takeaway from a local Thai restaurant instead.

  : Big room. Bath and shower. Excellent river views of Westminster. But not all rooms have this. Variety of lighting options. Fast lifts. Swimming pool. Very good soundproofing.
  : Breakfast not up to usual Radisson standard, especially at this price. Orange squash? Pastries over cooked. Soggy bacon. No Bircher muesli.
