  : The level of music from downstairs was unbearable and continued until 1am on both nights of our stay making it impossible to sleep. It was very disappointing having paid 170/ night and ruined the weekend!

  : Location was good, an easy 5 minute walk to the underground. Pub downstairs was also a good bonus. Room was small, but clean.
  : The shower drain couldnt handle more than 2-3 minutes at a time of water, we needed to keep turning it off for a minute mid-shower to let the water drain. In room menus for the pub downstairs were a little outdated price-wise.

  : Upon arrival the staff member who welcome us brightened our faces with a lovely warm welcome after a 9 hour journey. He had a lovely smile, showed us to our room and even brought some chips we had ordered up to our room! The room had a gorgeous bed, was clean, and was fairly quiet, despite being above a pub. You had a separate entrance and exit to the pub so that you didn't always have to go through. The room had a smart TV, a nice sized bathroom and a coffee maker.
  : We were given the option to request oat milk after booking and were delighted to be told that they could accommodate this. However, upon arrival to the stay, there was no oat milk provided in the room. This would not have been a big issue, but unfortunately we had to ask the staff 4 times to provide this. They were initially unfriendly about the matter stating they had no oat milk. We would have just brought our own if we had known they were going to forget as this prolonged an already stressful day. Staff communication could be improved here. Regarding the room itself, it could do with a main light as the decor is very dark we were struggling to see anything in there.

  : The "Inn" is located in a great part of Fulham, very close for the event I was attending nearby. Room was fine, shower worked, air conditioning sort of worked and free water was a nice touch. The food and drink in the bar was good and it was handy they Showed the R
  : Bed was uncomfy, noisy and felt broken, DJ music blared until 1am on Saturday and 12am on the Friday we were there which made it very difficult to get to sleep (especially on Saturday). If I knew i'd be sleeping above a nightclub I'd not have booked. There's a simple solution to this A. Make it clear on the Booking.com page and B. have a firm turndown time for the blaring music (Aka Midnight at the latest), you can still play the music just turn it down. That's what every other hotel does. The check in and checkout process was atrocious, there was no information provided on how to check out, the bar below doesn't open until 4pm and they hadn't taken payment from me. I left keys in the room and contacted them on Booking.com and assumed they'd take payment, 4 days later I got another message asking me to Verify my card (despite verifying 3 separate cards on their " check in" page. On Check In I kept getting increasingly worrying sounding emails asking me to verify a card as I tried to get across London and check in, seems like they use an automated system that doesn't work. The staff member was pleasant enough but seemed disinterested in the hotel side of the business, didn't say anything about checkout and the information in the room said nothing about checkout ( Honestly if I was staying in a 50 quid a night Premier inn this would all be fine but we paid just under 500 for 3 nights "sleep". Other minor issues were the very noisy and barely working Aircon waking us up through the night and the lack of suggestions around food in the morning as the bard didn't open until the afternoon (4 on a monday).
