  : The room was clean and comfortable with tea and coffee making facilities.
  : The reception was in a separate hotel.around the corner. Very small bedroom, corridor entrance to bedroom a very tight squeeze. The breakfast amounted to a toasted cheese and ham sandwich, continental at a push. Small dining area, impossible to move around other guests.

  : I’m very glad I booked the hotel , the place is small but honestly serves its purpose . Staff is friendly , rooms are nice and cleaned daily . It’s a wonderful location with access to the tube and buses.
  : Booked at white house hotel but was moved to Seymour hotel , not bad though . Breakfast could do with more variety .

  : Proximity to Paddington Station was great.Breakfast was very good, but VERY crowded.
  : I had a pay on check in. As I always want to use up my currency when leaving the country that I am visiting, I was unable to do this. Do not understand why they have this policy when I was ready to give them my credit card.

  : we were told about breakfast although i do not remember it being in the price. reception said it was served to 9.30 but it finished at 9.15 we therefore did not enjoy the full options but what we did have was excellent and unexpected
  : The room we had was on ground floor near the entrance could not be locked so it was a little concerning overnight. There was no plug in sink so washing/shaving not easy.Both items were reported to reception which were accepted and would be checked for next occupant and staff were apologetic and sorry for any inconvenience.

  : The hotel location was perfect. Access to the metro, train, centre of London. Rooms were tiny, but clean. Breakfast was fair, cold chees and meet, cereals, tea, coffee...

  : Hotel is very conveniently located in its proximity to Paddington, which has the Elizabeth line to Heathrow, among other trains. The neighborhood is safe and with lots of other public transport and shops. The room I booked had two comfortable single beds, a well-stocked tea/coffee tray and kettle, desk and chair, tv, and a small shower/toilet. The breakfast was included and they hold luggage in the reception if you need. The breakfast, as stated in the hotel description, is cold cuts/bread/yogurt etc set up in a small area but the staff keeps it stocked throughout the breakfast period.
  : The hotel seems part of a group of townhouses that all share one reception, which is around the corner. It was confusing when I got there because I followed the sign to the other hotel desk but that was locked and had a hand-written sign saying the person would be back soon. They did return but it was around 9:15 at night and I was a bit anxious about the odd arrangement. Also, they gave me a single key card that opened both my room and the building entrance, which seemed a bit of a security issue but they just nodded when I asked if that was correct. My room itself was up three flights of very steep stairs, with some sharp turns and was tricky to get up to, especially the first time when I didn't know the layout and had a heavy backpack. I'd recommend asking for a room on a lower floor if you have mobility issues or bulky luggage. The breakfast was served in the basement of the building with the reception so you have to troop back and forth. If you leave luggage at the reception, there is no separate room for it and no tags. I just walked in and grabbed my bag when I was leaving while the person at the desk was talking to other customers (so I recommend not keeping any valuables in your stuff).
