A damage deposit of GBP 250 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.

Names and ages of all guests must be provided to the property, as well as a proof of address and an ID for the lead guest. This is required 2 days after booking.

Check-ins are arranged directly with the owner’s property manager. Check-in outside standard check-in time frame is subject to availability and will incur an additional charge.
