  : The room seemed new and the bed was fairly comfortable.
  : The comforter on the bed was very thin so if you kept the room at a cool temperature you would get cold while sleeping, if not the room got muggy. The Wi-Fi was difficult to connect to. Several of the towels had brown and black stains. Room service never came in and cleaned our room. They took the towels but we had to call down to get fresh ones late at night when we arrived back after our event, and the bed was not made. The utility cart that I assume the maid service used would be pushed up and down the hallways at early hours and they are very noisy. The breakfast was a joke. When I went down at around 9 am there were 4 slices of white bread, three very small packed cinnamon roll-looking things, a banana, and the smallest yogurt cups on the planet. The cups for coffee and juice were very small. There were plates and knives but no forks only spoons. When I called down to see if we could do a late checkout, noon instead of 11 am, I was told it would be an extra charge. That is ridiculous. I will never stay at this location again.

  : The rooms are clean and look newly remolded. Very nice rooms. Just as pictured on the website. gated parking made me feel ok about my vehicle.
  : the location is not desirable. this is not something they can change, it's very close to the highway and the neighborhood is less desirable. it's a bit noisy though the door with all the traffic. the front desk staff is friendly but hard to hear through the thick glass window.

  : Great location. Although the bedsheet was not clean however the room in general was clean, No lotion in bathroom but everything else was ok
  : Reception by the female staff on duty the evening of March 2nd, 2022 is what I did not like. Without a doubt, my reception from this staff is the worst I ever experienced at a hotel welcome desk in my 30years of travels. If it wasn't late in the evening, I would have canceled and walked away. However, the gentleman at the reception the next day was quite nice and apologized on her behalf. Although the location and hotel physical facilities was great for the money, the magnitude of the abuse I experienced from this female staff completely outweighed everything else for me.
