  : Location - close approximation to the Kings Cross train and tube station
  : Overall, not a good experience. The room was overpriced, in the middle of redecoration (not finished plaster work), and tiny size, (definitely not a double room) with mould in the bathroom. 1) The room was in the middle of the redecoration, with plastering still in progress (both in the room and the bathroom) and lots of dust in the wardrobe, 2) This was NOT a double room - I would argue that the size of the room you could call double. The bed was squeezed into the corner with access only from one side. 3) Mauld in the bathroom, 4) Tiny shower - I am not a large person, but I could barely move inside the shower cubical, 5) Overpriced - 157.95. for a tiny room which is not ready for customers for my taste, it's a bit stip, 6) The room and bathroom were very dated, 7) Access card did not work on the main entrance door, 8) No fire escape plan info in the room, 9) Very dark room as the window showed the rooftop and next-door restaurant exhaust fan
