: All of the staff were fantastic and friendly, the hotel was incredibly easy to get to from Kings Cross station and, despite being so close to such a main hub, felt far enough away to be quiet and cosy. Despite our room being on street level and at the front of the hotel we didn't have too much noise or concerns to deal with even with the pub right next door.
: The room and the bathroom were both unbearably hot and there was no way I could find to adjust the temperature at all which made for a couple of slightly restless nights. Also the shower was miniscule which, while usable, led to me bumping my elbows, knees and head each morning which wasn't ideal.

: Location was good
: The bed matress was too old and hurt my back. Lying doen upside down helped a little. The room was incredibly hot. A fan before the window helped a bit but still very hot. The room is small but okay for 1 person. My friends had the same room with a slighyly bigger bed for two, that was too small. Hotel feels outdated.

: It was close to St Pancras station and we had a ground floor apartment. The shower was walk in and the breakfast was good.
: Quite tight in the room with one side and bottom of bed against the wall.

: Fantastic location - could walk to Covent Garden, Leicester Square etc in around half an hour. Easy access to St Pancras and Euston for the tube - about 10-15mins walk. Staff were pleasant. Reception is 24hour. Could walk to Regents Park and other great locations to explore London.
: Bathroom was mouldy and smelly unless you propped open the door, which meant the room door couldnt open properly. General standards of cleanliness were not good, room was in general disrepair with stained carpet, ceiling paper peeling etc. it is not what I expect of a 3 star London hotel. Also be aware you will have to leave your room key at reception every time you choose to go out.
