  : Location is perfect. New furnished room, comfortable even in the basement. The morning reception staff was kind and helpful
  : Unfortunately the night shift reception guy has been simply rude and unwilling to help, telling also a lot of lies. One of our friends needed to see a doctor because she felt very sick. We wanted to book a taxi for getting to the hospital that was 350 meters away. Yes we could have walked but as said my friend was very sick, so she couldnt walk even a short distance. The guy refused to called a taxi at first because its very close then he said that taxis only accept cash payment and no cards (!) , he pretended to call them and said that taxi was available only in 30 minutes ( it was midnight). So we decided to try to find a taxi ourselves. While we were getting out the hotel , he exclaimed I told you. 20 meters away from the hotel of course we find a taxi, of course it accepted card payments and he even gave us a lift free of charge because he saw that my friend was really miserable. Also, When we asked the night shift reception guy, if we could extend the stay one more night, he said that we couldnt to the booking because we had to wait next day 10:30 to see if no other bookings were made! But of course er could have gone online and made the booking. Despite this, we said we had to wait. We booked at another hotel. He was very rude and not helpful without any reasons.

  : The location is close to Hyde Park and Paddington Station. I walked to Hyde park the next morning as I had jet lag which is very nice.
  : The room is so small and miserable. After I opened my suitcase I had to jump across it to get from one side to the other. The wall next to the bed is ugly. Overall, it gave me an uncomfortable feeling sleeping in the room. It was absolutely overpriced even though the location is great.

  : The hotel has a great location, just 5 minutes from Paddington station.It's decent, clean and good breakfast.We went in November and the heating was on and so it was very warm and pleasant in the room.
  : Some appliances could be changed.
